How to utilize attachments in Jira with Polaris WebOffice

• Attachment List

  • After installing the plugin, if you go to the jira issue view page, you can see the attachment list under the Description item.

  

• View Attachment

  • To view the contents of an attachments, click the View button

  

  • document viewer will open in new browser tab

  

• Edit Attachment

  • To Edit the contents of an attachments, click the Edit button

  

  • document Editor will open in new browser tab

  

• Update Attachment

  • To update the contents of an attachments, “Upload To Jira Issue” button click in Editor

  

• Delete Attachment

  • To delete attachment, click the delete button and click the delete button in confirm popup
